All of our ground beef comes frozen in vacuumed sealed 1lb packages designed for long term freezer storage. 

Our ground beef is single-source, which means the ground beef in each pack all comes from the same animal. Because of this, we can't guarantee exact fat content, but it will usually vary between 80/20 and 85/15.

What makes our ground beef different? All of our ground beef is one cow origin, dry aged, flash frozen and grass & grain finished for flavor and quality you can taste!
